Abstract
U završnom radu analizira se tema nadzora zakonitosti provedbe stegovnih postupaka. U prvom djelu rada objašnjava se pojam stegovnog postupka, ciljeva i svrhe istih kao i načela ponašanja državnih službenika koja imaju osobitu važnost za stegovnu odgovornost. Nadalje, navode se i analiziraju povrede službene dužnosti, a zatim se prelazi na tijela za vođenje stegovnog postupka i sankcije za povrede službene dužnosti u državnoj službi. Slijedi nadzor porvedbe stegovnih postupaka u državnoj službi a obrađuju se sudovi koji sudjeluju u zaštiti prava službenika u stegovnom postupku. Uz navode o sudskoj zaštiti navode se primjeri rješenja i presuda sudova.
Abstract (english)
The final paper analyzes the topic of monitoring the legality of the implementation of disciplinary procedures. The first part oft he paper explains the concept of disciplinary procedure, its goals and purposes, as well as the principles of civil servants' behavior that are of particular importance for disciplinary responsibility. Furthermore, violations of official duty are listed and analyzed, and then it is transferred to the authorities for conducting disciplinary proceedings and sanctions for violations of official duty int he civil service. This is followed by the supervision of the conduct of disciplinary proceedings int he civil service, and the courts involved int he protection oft he rights of officials in disciplinary proceedings are dealt with. Examples of court decisions and judgments are given along with statements abotu judicial protection.
