Abstract
Tema je ovog diplomskog rada osiguranje u sportskim djelatnostima, koje uključuje neposredne i posredne osobe koje sudjeluju u sportovima te imovine. U radu se promatraju razni oblici osiguranja od odgovornosti, obveze i prava ugovaratelja i osiguranika i samo sklapanje ugovora. Zbog nedostatka cjelovitosti sportskog osiguranja u hrvatskom pravnom poretku za analizu problematike rada obrađeno je niz pravnih izvora kojim je cilj definiranje i ujednačenje sustava zaštite sportaša i ostalih pravnorelevantih osoba. Kako bi i u hrvatskom osiguranju ta grana bila više razvijena i ujednačena poput njemačkog, francuskog i američkog sustava osiguranja.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis is insurance in sports activities, which includes direct and indirect persons participating in sports and property. The paper examines various forms of liability insurance, the obligations and rights of the contracting party and the insured, and the conclusion of the contract itself. Due to the lack of completeness of sports insurance in the Croatian legal order, a number of legal sources were processed for the analysis of labor issues, the aim of which is to define and standardize the system of protection of athletes and other legally relevant persons. In order for this branch of Croatian insurance to be more developed and uniform, like the German, French and American insurance systems.
