The paper addresses the issues of administrative justice in Croatia, with a particular focus on the changes introduced by the new Administrative Disputes Act of 2024. It provides a comprehensive overview of the historical development of administrative justice in Croatia, starting from its origins to recent changes in legislation. The evolution of the legal framework is analyzed, including key legislative acts that have shaped this legal discipline and the reasons that have necessitated reform, highlighting specific problems and challenges faced by administrative justice in Croatia. Furthermore, the amendments to the Administrative Disputes Act of 2012, as well as all subsequent changes until 2021, are thoroughly examined. Special attention is given to the changes and new institutes introduced by the Administrative Disputes Act of 2024. In conclusion, the paper highlights the most significant novelties of the Administrative Disputes Act, as well as its goal of improving the efficiency of administrative dispute in Croatia.
