In the following paper, the enforcement procedure will be analyzed in order to return the employee to work, that is, to the service according to the provisions of Article 267 of the Law on Enforcement Procedure. In doing so, the local jurisdiction over the court that makes decisions in this context, the deadlines for submitting a proposal for enforcement, and the method of implementing enforcement according to the relevant legal provisions will be specifically investigated. The key topic of the research will be the legal regulation and practice related to enforcement proceedings for the return of employees to work or service, with an emphasis on specifics such as the imposition of fines according to the provisions of the law and compensation of wages in the case of the return of employees to work. By analyzing Articles 269 and 270 of the Law on Enforcement Procedures, it will be investigated how enforcement is carried out on the basis of an enforcement document ordering the enforcement officer to return the employee to work or service, as well as the modalities of salary compensation to the enforcement officer. In addition, cases will be considered in which bailiffs are allowed to propose certain measures or solutions in order to exercise their rights, as well as the procedure for exercise of the right to compensation of wages in the event of the employee's return to work. Through the analysis of legal provisions, judgments and court practice, this paper will provide a deeper insight into the legal mechanisms and rules that regulate this specific type of enforcement and their application in practice.
