Abstract
U završnom radu bit će obrađeno pravno uređenje zadruga u hrvatskom pravu. U radu se prikazuje pojam zadruge, njezino osnivanje te prestanak. Posebno se obrađuje članstvo u zadruzi, ciljevi i zadaće zadrugara te njihove obveze. Prikazan je i pravni položaj organa zadruge i nadzor nad njome.
Abstract (english)
The final paper will deal with the legal regulation of cooperatives in Croatian law. The paper presents the concept of a cooperative, its establishment and termination. The membership in the cooperative, the goals and tasks of the cooperative members, and their obligations are dealt with in particular. The legal position of the cooperative body and its supervision are also presented.
