Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je ugovor o životnom osiguranju. Razrađen je pojam ugovora o osiguranju i njegove značajke. Uvodni dio rada obrađuje pojmove osiguranog rizika, osiguranog slučaja, predmetna osiguranja, premije i osigurrnine. Središnji dio rada posvećen je različitim vrstama ugovora o životnom osiguranju, njihovu sklapanju te trajanju. Nadalje, navedena su i detaljno analizirana prava i obveze ugovornih st rana te je objašnjena zastara prava iz ugovora o osiguranju života. završni dio rada obrađuje odnos životnog osiguranja i mirovinskog sustava.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis is the life insurance contract. It expounds upon the termlife insurance contract and its features. Introductory section encompassestheterms of insured risk, insured event, insured object, premium and insurance claim. The centerpieceof this thesis is dedicated to various types of life insurance, theirconclusion and duration. Furthermore, listed rights and obligations of the contractingparties are thoroughly analysed, as well as the lapse of the rights in the life insurance contract. The conclusion covers the relation between the life insurance and the pension system.
