Abstract
Radom započinje ljudska povijest. Rad gura naprijed. Rad gura u napredak i potvrđivanje. U moderno vrijeme čovjekov rad zakonski je reguliran. Zakon definira organizaciju radnog vremena, sigurnost na radu, vrijeme za odmor, godišnji odmor. U Republici Hrvatskoj riječ je o Zakonu o radu. Plaćama se vrednuje obavljeni posao i poslodavac ga je dužan isplatiti radniku. Radnopravni status zdravstvenih radnika je zbog svoje složenosti često predmet sudskih rasprava i rješenja. Zdravstvenim se pravom regulira sadržaj i način obavljanja zdravstvene djelatnosti. Prava i obveze zdravstvenih radnika određene su temeljnim kolektivnim ugovorom.
Abstract (english)
Human history begins with work. Work is pushing forward. Work is pushing towards progression and acknowledgement. In modern times, the human labour is regulated by law. The law defines the working hours organization, safety at work, resting time and holidays. In the Republic of Croatia this is the Labour law. Wages are used to valuate the work done and the employer is obliged to give it to the worker. Labour legal status of healthcare workers is, due to its complexity, subject to court hearings and decisions. Health law regulates the content and the way of performing healthcare activity. Rights and obligations of healthcare workers are determined by the basic collective contract.
