The topic of this final paper is legal acts and the aim is to emphasize the importance and understanding of legal acts as those legal relations that arise from agreed will manifestation, focused on achieving the permitted legal effects. Most of the defined and analyzed terms are corroborated with concrete examples. At the beginning of the paper, the concept and types of legal acts are analyzed. In addition, the content of legal acts from which the essential, natural and incidental components of legal acts that can be extracted are analyzed as well. Furthermore, the forms of the manifestation of the will are analyzed and followed by the forms of legal acts. Individual contracts are elaborated in a separate chapter, within which contract of sale and contract of gift are analyzed. The assumptions of the validity of a legal act are stated. Moreover, nullity and rebuttability as forms of invalid legal acts, and convalidation and conversion as the strengthening and conversion of legal acts into valid ones are analyzed as well. At the very end, a concluding reflection on the topic is proposed. The methods used while writing this paper are: classification method, deduction method and comparison method.
