Abstract
Ovaj rad posvećen je razradi teme Međunarodnopravne zaštite ljudskih prava. Na samom početku započinjemo pojmom ljudskih prava, što su općenito ljudska prava, koje vrste poznajemo, te povijesnim razvojem ljudskih prava. Povijesno gledano započinjemo pojavom prvih filozofa, antičko doba, pa sve do danas. Nadalje, stavljen je naglasak na temeljne akte koji su kroz povijest i danas bitno utjecali na uspostavljanje zaštite ljuskih prava te unapređenje iste do današnjeg dana. Na kraju spominjemo institucije na svjetskoj razini, kao što su Liga naroda, UN, Međunarodni sud pravde, nadalje na razini Europske unije, na te razini Republike Hrvatske koje su organizirane radom s ciljem zaštite ljudskih prava i njihovih temeljnih sloboda.
Abstract (english)
This paper is dedicated to the elaboration of the topic od International legal protection of human rights. At the very beginning, we begin with the concept of human rights, what are human rights in general, what types do we know, and the historical development of human rights. Historically speaking, we start with the appearance of the first philosophers, the ancient era, until today. Furthermore, emphasis was places on the fundamental acts that throughout histroy and today have had a significant impact on the establishment of the protection of shell rights and it is improvement te the present day. Finally, we mention institutions at the world level, such as League od Nations, the UN, the International Court of Justice, further at the level od the European Union, and at the level of the Republic od Croatia, which are organized by work with the aim od protecting human rights and the fundamental freedoms.
