Administrative procedure, as a complex legal process, enables the establishment, modification, or revocation of rights and obligations of citizens through acts of public administration. On the other hand, the Administrative Court represents an independent and autonomous judicial body tasked with assessing the legality and fairness of administrative acts and deciding on administrative disputes arising from disagreements between citizens and public administration. Through further analysis, research, and discussions, we will highlight the key aspects of the administrative procedure and the role of the Administrative Court in the legal system, examining how these institutions complement each other to ensure fairness, legality, and transparency in the relationship between individuals and public administration. The subject of the study is the analysis of the administrative procedure and the Administrative Court, key elements of the legal system. The research aims to understand the interconnection and differences between the administrative procedure and the Administrative Court and their contributions to protecting individual rights. The study of the administrative procedure will explore the decision-making process of administrative bodies, while the analysis of the Administrative Court will focus on the judicial process following the adoption of these decisions. Through research, emphasis will be placed on the role of courts in providing legal protection to individuals against decisions of administrative authorities, contributing to a better understanding of these key aspects of legal practice.
