Abstract
Javna uprava u suvremenom svijetu važna je u pogledu širine i broju zadataka koje obavlja u pojedinom društvu, u pogledu financijskih sredstava kojima se služi i koje usmjerava putem javnih politika, broja ljudi koje angažira neposredno ili posredno, te razvojnih planova koji utječu na budućnost. Jednim od najvažnijih aspekata modernizacije javne uprave smatra se kvaliteta ljudi koji rade u njoj, kao i obrazovanje i upoznavanje s problemima javne uprave i svih onih koji su na bilo koji način povezani s njom. Upravni sustavi Velike Britanije, Njemačke i Francuske nastali su u različitim povijesnim okolnostima. Značajke njihovih upravnih sustava približavaju se u pogledu modela, metoda, ciljeva i smjeru kretanja upravnih reformi.
Abstract (english)
Public administration in the modern world is important in terms of the breadth and number of tasks it performs in an individual society, in terms of the financial resources it uses and directs through public policies, the number of people it engages directly or indirectly, and development plans that affect the future. One of the most important aspects of the modernization of public administration is considered to be the quality of the people who work in it, as well as education and familiarization with the problems of public administration and all those who are connected to it in any way. The administrative systems of Great Britain, Germany and France arose in different historical circumstances. The characteristics of their administrative systems converge in terms of models, methods, goals and direction of administrative reforms.
