Abstract
Predmet proučavanja ovog diplomskog rada je sudjelovanje radnika u odlučivanju. Pri tom je fokus stavljen na pravne izvore Međunarodnog radnog prava, Acquis communautaire, dok je posebna pozornost posvećena pozitivnom radnom pravu i sudskoj praksi Republike Hrvatske. U uvodnom se dijelu rad fokusira općenito na sudjelovanje radnika u odlučivanju i njegove oblike. Zatim se analiziraju instituti koji su prisutni u sličnim tranzicijskim zemljama kako bi se bolje razumjela pravna regulacija sudjelovanja radnika u odlučivanju. Posebno se naglašava važnost tijela kao što su Radničko vijeće i Europsko radničko vijeće te njihov doprinos jačanju radničke participacije. Posljednje poglavlje rada je sudjelovanja radnika u odlučivanju prema praksi sudova Republike Hrvatske.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is the participation of workers in decision-making. In doing so, the focus is on the legal sources of International Labor Law, Acquis communautaire, while special attention is paid to positive labor law and judicial practice of the Republic of Croatia. In the introductory part, the paper generally focuses on worker participation in decision-making and its forms. Then the institutes that are present in similar transition countries are analyzed in order to better understand the legal regulation of workers' participation in decision-making. The importance of bodies such as the Workers' Council and the European Workers' Council and their contribution to strengthening worker participation is particularly emphasized. The last chapter of the work is the participation of workers in decision-making according to the practice of the courts of the Republic of Croatia.
