Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je obrazložiti politički nadzor nad upravom. Politički nadzor nad upravom predstavlja mehanizme i procese kojima se želi postići politički nadzor nad upravom, odnosno djelovanje u skladu s političkim ciljevima i zakonima. Ovaj nadzor je ključan za funkcioniranje demokratskih sistema, jer osigurava odgovornost, transparentnost i efikasnost javne uprave. Sredstva političkog nadzora uprave jesu sredstva koja imaju cilj utjecati na upravne organizacije u vezi s njihovom ulogom u političkom sustavu.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to explain the political supervision over the administration. Political control over the administration represents the mechanisms and processes that aim to achieve political control over the administration, that is, action in accordance with political goals and laws. This supervision is crucial for the functioning of democratic systems, as it ensures accountability, transparency and efficiency of public administration. Means of political control of administration are means that aim to influence administrative organizations in connection with their role in the political system.
