Abstract
Predmet ovog rada je upravna djelatnost odnosno ustroj državne uprave u Republici Hrvatskoj. Pravilan ustroj uprave osigurava učinkovito provođene zakonskih i podzakonskih akata, a u današnje vrijeme uvjeti za učinkovitost stvaraju se ako je sama državna uprava u skladu sa europskim i svjetskim standardima. Unutarnje ustrojstvo države uprave u Republici Hrvatskoj propisuje Vlada. Dakle, predmet ovoga rada, državna uprava, promatran je u sklopu s njezinim glavnim načelima, ustrojem i funkcioniranjem. Svako tijelo državne uprave se analizira ta da se dobije detaljniji uvid u cijelu srž same problematike državne uprave. Obrađeni su svi dostupni i relevantni izvori te se pri njihovoj obradi koristilo nekoliko metoda.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this work is administrative activity, that is, the organization of state administration in the Republic of Croatia. The proper organization of the administration ensures the effective implementation of legal and by-laws, and nowadays the conditions for efficiency are created if the state administration itself is in accordance with European and world standards. The internal organization of the administrative state in the Republic of Croatia is prescribed by the Government. Therefore, the subject of this work, state administration, was observed in conjunction with its main principles, organization and functioning. Each body of the state administration is analyzed in order to get a more detailed insight into the entire core of the issue of state administration itself. All available and relevant sources were processed and several methods were used in their processing.
