This paper deals with bankruptcy offenses as one of the offenses in the field of economic offenses. The paper consists of several chapters which explain the concepts from the very concept of bankruptcy to criminal offenses in bankruptcy. In the initial chapters, we will get acquainted with the very concept of bankruptcy, as it is defined by the Bankruptcy Law, and then with concepts such as private bankruptcy and state bankruptcy. Bankruptcy reasons are certainly an important term, which tells us about the conditions under which bankruptcy occurs. In order to understand this topic, the course of the bankruptcy proceedings itself was briefly discussed. A special chapter also provides explanations of individual bankruptcy offenses, who can commit them and in what way, which regulations deal with them, and which penalties are prevented for perpetrators. The aim of the paper was to explain the concept and problems of bankruptcy criminal offenses in the simplest possible way through the study of literature, court practice, articles and other sources. The choice of this topic as the topic of the thesis stemmed from the fact that these crimes, despite their number and consequences, still do not receive enough attention from the profession, the public, and we could even say the state authorities themselves.
