During the writing of this thesis, a chronological approach was used to highlight the development of human rights from the ancient perception of natural human rights, the early Christian views of man as an image of God, the class rights of the Middle Ages and the individualistic approach to human rights of the XVI. century all the way up to the great revolutions of the XVIII. century that paved the way to the greatest period of development at the end of World War II when the international community, as a whole, acted through the newly 35 founded international organizations and decided to compile catalogs of human rights in major codifications, some of which serve as a source of customary international human rights law today. On paper, most countries today accept almost all the human rights contained in these documents. However, the everyday problem facing the international community is the practical implementation and oversight of the application of these instruments. For this purpose, numerous agencies have been formed within international organizations. But even with the hard work of these agencies, we see constant human rights violations around the world. Guided by the ancient ideas of universal natural human rights, perhaps in the future the international community will turn to unity and focus on the new generations of people, and with them the new generations of human rights.
