Abstract
Porezni nadzor provodi se od strane Porezne uprave kao temeljno zakonsko tijelo za provedbu aktivnosti u cilju kontrole poreznih obveznika i utvĊivanje bitnih ĉinjenica za oporezivanje istih. Porezni nadzor provode sluţbene osobe kao što su porezni inspektori i porezni revizori. Predmetom poreznih nadzora smatraju se provjeranja poreza u odreĊenom razdoblja oporezivanja, provjeranja ĉinjenica koje nisu u vezi s djelatnošću poduzetnika, te provjeranja odnosa vlasnika društva i društva kod trgovaĉkog društva.
Abstract (english)
Tax supervision is carried out by the Tax Administration as the basic legal body for the implementation of activities aimed at controlling taxpayers and establishing the essential facts for their taxation. Tax supervision is carried out by officials such as tax inspectors and tax auditors. The subject of tax inspections are considered to be checks of taxes in a certain period of taxation, verification of facts that are not related to the activity of the entrepreneur, and verification of the relationship between the owner of the company and the company with the company.
