The Administrative Disputes Act (OG 29/17) has been in force since 1 April 2017 and regulates the jurisdiction, composition of the court and rules of procedure on the basis of which administrative courts decide on the legality of decisions of public bodies on the rights, obligations and legal interests of physical and legal persons and other parties, and on the legality of the activities of public bodies in the field of administrative law. Due to the specificity of the subject of administrative dispute, which is primarily reflected in individual decisions, but also other actions, and sometimes even general normative acts of public administration and distinguishing the subject of administrative dispute primarily from civil dispute, administrative courts have, in general and theoretical, three powers : to state a violation of legality, to annul it from the legal system, or to resolve a specific administrative matter in which the law has been violated.
