Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je opisati institut suparničarstva, pobliže razjasniti koje su zakonske pretpostavke potrebne za njegovo zasnivanje, kao i teorijski i praktično razjasniti njegove vrste. Također, u vezi s tim razjasniti utjecaj određene vrste suparničarstva na određivanje stvarne i mjesne nadležnosti sudova, određivanje vrijednosti predmeta spora i računanja troškova postupka, kao i kakvi su pravni učinci njihovih poduzetih radnji te kakve odluke donosi sud ovisno o vrsti suparničara. Također je Ccilj rada kroz teorijsko razlaganje i praktične primjere približiti s kakvim se problemima sudska praksa suočava prilikom utvrđivanja je li uopće riječ o suparničarima, te ukoliko je, o kojoj vrsti suparničara.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper was to describe the institution od multypary litigation, to clarify in more detail what legal assumptions are necessary for its establishment, as well as to theoretically and pracically clarify its types. Also, in this connection, to clarify the influence of a certain type of litigants on the determination of the actual and local jurisdiction of the courts, the determination of the value of the subject matter of the dispute and the calculation of the costs of the procedure, as well as what are the legal effects of their entrepreneurial actions and what decisions are made by the court depending on the type of litigants. Also, the aim of the paper is to bring closer, through theoretical analysis and practical examples, what kind of problems judical practice faces when determining whether there is multyparty litigation at all, and if so, what kind of litigants.
