Abstract
U ovom radu izrađeni su prediktivni matematički modeli za kemijski sastav i dinamiku promjene volumena bioplina iz čiste gnojovke kao supstratu, u mezofilnim i termofilnim uvjetima. Izmjereni su i izračunati udjeli suhe i organske tvari. Koristeći metodu polinomne regresije dobiveni su modeli za oba temperaturna područja s izraženim koeficijentom determinacije R². Zbog dinamike rasta volumena te točnije izrade modela proces proizvodnje bioplina podijeljen je u tri faze. Modeli su izraženi jednadžbama polinomne regresije trećeg, četvrtog i šestog stupnja, a zadovoljavajući su ako ispunjavaju uvjet R²>0,9. Eksperimentalnim metodama dobiveni su podaci o pH vrijednosti uzorka, postotnim udjelima dušika, metana i ugljikovog dioksida u bioplinu te postotni udjeli suhe i organske tvari pri mezofilnim i termofilnim uvjetima.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the predictive mathematical models for the chemical composition and dynamics of the change of biogas volume from pure manure as substrate are made in mesophilic and thermophilic conditions. The proportion of dry and organic substances was measured and calculated. Using the polynomial regression method models were obtained for both temperature ranges with the expressed coefficient of determination R². Due to the dynamics of the volume growth and more accurate modelling, the biogas production process is divided into three phases. The models are expressed by the polynomial regression equations of the third, fourth and sixth degree, and are satisfactory if they meet the condition R²> 0,9. Experimental methods provided data on the sample pH value, percentages of nitrogen, methane and carbon dioxide in biogas, and percentages of dry and organic substances at mesophilic and thermophilic conditions.
