Abstract
Ultraljubičasta i vidljiva spektrofotometrija je analitička metoda bazirana na apsorpcijskoj spektroskopiji u ultraljubičastom i vidljivom dijelu spektra. Spektrofotometrijom se može izvoditi kvantitativna analiza, a ovom tehnikom se mogu dobiti određeni spektralni podaci kvalitativnom analizom. Cilj ovog završnog rada je snimiti spektre otopine rutina, galne kiseline, 4-hidroksibenzojeve kiseline, β -glukana i modela rutina i β-glukana, galne kiseline i β-glukana, 4-hidroksibenzojeve kiseline i β-glukana različitih koncentracija u različitom rasponu pH vrijednosti u ultraljubičastom i vidljivom području.
Abstract (english)
Ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry is an analytical method based on absorption spectroscopy in the ultraviolet and visible part of the spectrum. With spectrophotometry, a quantitative analysis could be done. With this specific technique of qualitative analysis, certain spectral data could be recorded. The aim of this work was to record the spectra of a solution of rutin, gallic acid, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, β-glucan and models of rutin and β -glucan, gallic acid and β -glucan, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid and β -glucan of different concentrations in different pH ranges in the ultraviolet and visible range.
