Abstract
Dobro osmišljen i projektiran transportni sustav u velikoj mjeri doprinosi racionalnom vođenju industrijske proizvodnje. Osnovna uloga transportnog sustava u prehrambenoj industriji je prijenos materijala unutar proizvodnog pogona. Unutrašnji transport podrazumijeva svaku aktivnost u industrijskom postrojenju koja uključuje prijevoz/transport materijala unutar samoga skladišta te između proizvodnih uređaja i/ili pogona. U radu je dana klasifikacija i opis uređaja za transport krutih materijala s vučnim elementom (transportne trake, lančani transporteri i elevatori) te bez vučnog elementa (pužni, vibracijski, pneumatski i vodeni transport). Poseban osvrt dan je na postupak dimenzioniranja pneumatskog transporta krutih materijala.
Abstract (english)
A well-designed and engineered transport system greatly contribute to the rational management of industrial production. The main role of the transport system in the food industry is the transfer of materials within the production plant. Internal transport means any activity in an industrial plant that involves the transport of materials within the warehouse itself and between production facilities and/or plants. The paper presents the classification and description of devices for the transport of solid materials with a traction element (conveyor belts, chain conveyors and elevators) and without a traction element (screw, vibration, pneumatic and water transport). Special attention was given to the procedure of dimensioning the pneumatic transport of solid materials.
