Abstract (croatian) | Udžbenik "Znanost o prehrani" sa znanstvenog stanovišta pristupa humanoj prehrani i njenom značaju u očuvanju zdravstvenog statusa i poticanju adekvatnog prehrambenog stanja pojedinca i nacije te daje najnovija gledišta suvremene znanosti o prehrani. Znanstveni pristup i dobro obrađene tematske jedinice dobrodošla su pomoć za studente koji slušaju kolegije vezane uz prehranu. |
