Abstract
Kumarin i njegovi derivati predstavljaju zanimljivo područje istraživanja i predmet su interesiranja znanstveno-istraživačkih laboratorija kao i velikog broja istraživača zbog svoje raznolikosti i različitih osobina. Analiza IR-spektara pomaže utvrđivanju građe novih spojeva, daje mogućnost identifikacije derivata kumarina, i omogućava odgovore na strukturna pitanja vezana uz karakter i mehanizam utjecaja supstituenata na karbonilnu skupinu u α-pironima i dr. Pomoću UV-spektroskopije rješavaju se strukturna pitanja, proučava pojava duboke izomerije i olakšava identifikacija prirodnih kumarina. UV spektroskopija nalazi veliku primjenu i u proučavanju provođenja sinteze derivata kumarina.
Abstract (english)
Coumarin and its derivatives represent an interesting area of research and are the subject of interest to the scientific-research laboratories and a large number of researchers because of its diversity and different features. Analysis of IR-spectra helps determining the structure of new compounds, the possibility of identifying coumarin derivatives, and provides answers to questions related to the structural character and mechanism of the influence of substituents on the carbonyl group in α-Pironi, etc. Use UV-spectroscopy to solve structural issues, examines the emergence of deep isomerism and facilitates the identification of natural coumarin. UV spectroscopy is a great application in the study of the implementation of the synthesis of coumarin derivatives.
