Abstract
U ovom radu prikazan je postupak izrade modela rashladne komore s PID regulacijom temperature. Model komore dimenzija 200 mm x 200 mm x 200 mm s unutrašnjim volumenom od 1L izrađen je od ekstrudiranog polistirena (XPS) debljine 50 mm. Sustav automatizacije komore izrađen je pomoću Arduino UNO R3 mikroupravljača, mjernih pretvornika temperature DS18B20, Peltierovih elemenata TEC1-12706, LCD zaslona i mikroprekidača. Na temelju provedenih mjerenja, određena je prijelazna karakteristika modela komore, te je izvršeno parametarsko optimiranje PID regulatora primjenom empirijske metode sinteze prema Chien-Hrones-Reswick-u. Razvijeni sustav regulira željenu temperaturu u komori od -20 °C ± 1 °C. Razvijeni model pogodan je za edukacijske svrhe i simulaciju rada termoelektričnih rashladnih sustava te primjene PID regulatora za automatsku regulaciju temperature.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the process of creating a model of a cooling chamber with PID temperature regulation. The chamber model, with dimensions of 200 mm x 200 mm x 200 mm and an internal volume of 1L, is made of extruded polystyrene (XPS) with a thickness of 50 mm. The chamber automation system was made using an Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller, DS18B20 temperature transducers, TEC1-12706 Peltier elements, LCD display and microswitches. Based on the measurements, the transient characteristic of the chamber model was determined, and the parametric optimization of the PID controller was performed using the empirical synthesis method according to Chien-Hrones-Reswick. The developed system regulates the desired temperature in the chamber of -20 °C ± 1 °C. The developed model is well-suited for educational purposes, specifically for simulating the operation of thermoelectric cooling systems and demonstrating the application of PID controllers in automatic temperature regulation.
