Abstract
Kumarin i njegovi derivati predstavljaju važnu skupinu heterocikličkih spojeva. Zbog izražene biološke aktivnosti predstavljaju područje proučavanja mnogih organskih kemičara. Rezultat ovog diplomskog rada je sinteza različitih spojeva na bazi 7-hidroksi-4- metilkumarina. Sintetizirani spojevi pokazuju pojačana biološka svojstva. Dobivene su serije supstituiranih ariliden-4-metil-2-okso-2H-kromen-7-iloksi) hidrazida octene kiseline i 7-(2-(3-acetil-5-(2-klorfenil)-2,3-dihidro-1,3,4-oksadiazol-2-il)-2-oksoetoksi) -2H-kromen-2-ona. U reakciji 2-(4-metil-2-okso-2H-kromen-7-iloksi) acetohidrazida sa CS2 nastaje 7-((5-merkapto-1,3,4-oksadiazol-2-il)metoksi)-4-metil-2H-kromen-2-on, dok sa acetilacetonom nastaje slijedeći spoj 7-(2-(3,5-dimetil-1H-pirazol-1-il)-2-oksoetoksi)-4-metil- 2H-kromen-2-on.
Abstract (english)
Coumarins and their derivatives represent an important group of heterocyclic compounds. They are subject of studies of many organic chemists because of their biological activity. The result of this Master's thesis is synthesis of various compounds on the basis of 7- hydroxy-4-methylcoumarin. Synthesized compounds show enhanced biological properties. The result of this research is series of substituted ariliden 4-methyl-2-oxo-2H-chromen-7-yloxy) acetic acid hidrazides and 7-(2-(3-acetyl-5-(2-clorphenyl)-2,3-dihidro-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-il)-2-oxoetoxy)-2H-chromen-2-ones. Reaction of 2-(4-methyl-2-oxo-2H-chromen-7-iloxy)acetohidrazide with CS2 gave 7-((5-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)methoxy)-4-methyl-2H-chromen-2-on and with acetylaceton gave 7-(2-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-2-oxoethoxy)-4-methyl-2H-chromen-2-on.
