Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu nastoji se prikazati poslovanje tvrtke Rosneft. Obrađene su osnove strateškog menadžmenta, počevši od utvrđivanja misije tvrtke do implementacije odabrane strategije. U radu su prikazani podaci o proizvodnji i rezervama te preradi nafte, plina i plinskog kondenzata. Opisana je opća organizacija tvrtke te rezultati poslovanja. Ujedno su izneseni i objašnjeni najbitniji strateški ciljevi tvrtke, pojedinih poslovnih jedinica te njihova implementacija i značaj. Opisane su trenutačne operativne aktivnosti tvrtke, uključujući najbitnije sadašnje i budući projekte.
Abstract (english)
In this graduate thesis the business model, including the overall portfolio and activities of Rosneft have been described. The fundamentals of strategic management, ranging from the mission statement to the implementation of the chosen company strategy have also been described. This graduate thesis presents data on production and reserves and refining of oil, gas and condensate. The general structure and organization of the company are described. The thesis also presents and explains the most important strategic objectives of the company including their implementation and significance. Major operational activities of the company are described, including the most important current and future projects.
