Abstract
Razmatrano polje na kojem se nalazi bušotina B – 4R smješteno je između polja Molve i Stari Gradac. Na polju je izbušeno sedam bočnih bušotina. Izrada takvih bušotina već je prije ušla u praksu bušenja u širem okruženju navedenih polja. Pretpostavljalo se kako će se ova bušotina izraditi na isti način i pustiti u proizvodnju. Također, izradu prijašnjih bočnih bušotina pratili su brojni problemi, ali su bušotine privedene kraju i puštene u proizvodnju. Budući da se zbog trenda pada proizvodnje iz ležišta mogao očekivati prestanak proizvodnje ugljikovodika za manje od godinu dana, bilo je potrebno projektirati novu usmjerenu bušotinu. Kao najprikladnija bušotina izabrana je bušotina B – 4 iz koje se izradio bočni kanal bušotine B – 4R. Cilj izrade usmjerenog kanala bušotine bio je povećanje proizvodnje plina i kondezata. Zbog neočekivanog povećanja gradijenta tlaka, učestalih dotoka, gubitaka fluida, a brojnih poteškoća tijekom izrade kanala bušotine i zaglave alata, bušotina nije izrađena do kraja kako je predviđeno projektom.
Abstract (english)
Abstract: Well B – 4R is located on the field between Molve and Stari Gradac fields. On that filed there are seven re-entry wells. Drilling these wells has previously entered into a practice in the wider area of the fields below. It was assumed that B – 4R well will be drilled in the same way and put into production. Drilling previous re-entry wells where followed by numerous problems, but they were finished and put into production. Since the trend of declining production from the reservoir could be expected in less than a year, it was necessary to design a new re-entry well. The best option was B – 4 well, from which is drilled lateral well B – 4R. The aim of re-entry well was to increase the production of gas and condensate. Due to an unexpected increase in pressure gradient, the frequent kicks, fluid loss and a numerous difficulties during drilling and fishing well is not drilled according to project.
