Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu analizirano je poslovanje srednjoeuropskih naftnih tvrtki u promjenjivim tržišnim uvjetima za razdoblje od 2012. do 2015. godine. Obrađuje se utjecaj i uvjetovanje cijena nafte na poslovne rezultate i strategiju poslovanja obrađivanih naftnih kompanija. Za analizu su odabrane srednjoeuropske naftne kompanije, INA Grupa, Grupa MOL i Grupa OMV, s tim da je fokus u radu stavljen na INA Grupu. Razdoblje od 2012. do 2015. godine je odabrano zbog dovoljnog prostora za obradu promijenjenih tržišnih uvjeta kod visokih cijena nafte u prve dvije godine, te niskih cijena nafte zadnje dvije godine. Osim prikazanih profila, SWOT analizom naftnih kompanija su se pokušali obraditi unutarnji i vanjski poslovni uvjeti i njihov utjecaj na poslovanje kompanija. Na kraju rada je prikazan utjecaj niskih cijena nafte na poslovne rezultate kompanija kao i procjena tržišnih uvjeta narednih godina s obzirom na trenutno stanje globalnog energetskog tržišta.
Abstract (english)
This thesis analyzes the business operations of oil companies in changing market conditions from 2012 to 2015. The thesis investigates the impact of oil prices on business results and the strategy of oil companies. The thesis examines Central European oil companies, INA Group, MOL Group and OMV Group, while focus is placed on the INA Group. The 2012 to 2015 period was chosen because during that time interval it is possible to process the changing market conditions with high oil prices during the first two years and low oil prices during the last two years of that period. In addition to the described profiles of companies, a SWOT analysis was made to identify internal and external business conditions and their influence on the business of the company. The final part of the thesis analyzes the impact of low oil prices on business results as well as the evaluation of market conditions in the next few years according to present state of affairs in the global energy market.
