Abstract
Platforma Labin, tipa Levingston 111-C u vlasništvu je tvrtke Crosco, Naftni servisi d.o.o. od 1985. godine. Izgrađena je u brodogradilištu Viktor Lenac u Rijeci 1985. godine i od tada je imala dvije velike rekonstrukcije, 2003. i 2014. godine. Do posljednje rekonstrukcije platformom Labin izbušene su 183 bušotine u Sredozemnom i Jadranskom moru za domaće, ali i strane naručitelje. U ovom radu prikazane su sve faze promjena na platformi Labin od njene izgradnje, do rekonstrukcije 2003. godine i konačno posljednje rekonstrukcije 2014. godine. Najveće promjene koje su napravljene 2003. godine su: produljenje nogu platforme, povećanje kapaciteta sustava za podizanje i spuštanje nogu, ugradnja nove konzolne podkonstrukcije, ugradnja treće palubne dizalice, povećanje dimenzija trupa i poboljšanje sigurnosnih i životnih uvjeta na platformi. U posljednjoj rekonstrukciji došlo je do povećanja trupa, ugradnje nove helikopterske palube, zamjene glavnog sklopnog bloka, obnove nogu platforme, poboljšanja sustava morske vode, ali i izvođenja testa naginjanja nakon završenih radova. Radovi na posljednjoj rekonstrukciji trajali su oko 8,5 mjeseci od rujna 2014. godine do svibnja 2015. godine. Osim poboljšanja mogućnosti platforme, napravljena je i obnova klase te je platforma dobila certifikat klasifikacijske kuće ABS.
Abstract (english)
Abstract: Self elevating drilling unit Labin, type Levingston 111-C has been owned by Crosco, Integrated Drilling & Well Services Co., Ltd since 1985. It was built at the Viktor Lenac shipyard in Rijeka in 1985 and has had two major reconstructions in 2003 and 2014. Until the last reconstruction, 183 wells have been drilled using the Labin jack up drilling rig Labin in the Mediterranean and the Adriatic Seas for domestic and foreign clients. In this paper all phases of changes on the rig Labin are shown, from its construction, to its reconstruction in 2003 and, finally, the last reconstruction in 2014. The most significant changes made in 2003 were: legs extension, jack up system modification, hull extension, new cantilever installation, third deck crane installation and improvement in safety and living conditions. During the last reconstruction the largest changes made were: hull extension, new helicopter deck, motor control center (MCC) replacement, repair and modification of legs, modification of raw water reel system. After reconstruction the inclining test was performed. The whole project lasted for 8,5 months, from September 2014 to May 2015. Besides improving the capabilities of the rig, class renewal was performed and the entire reconstruction was approved by the ABS surveyors.
