Abstract
Prirodni plin je složena smjesa ugljikovodika koja najčešće sadrži i primjese drugih komponenata poput sumporovodika, dušika, helija, ugljikovog dioksida, žive i vode koje je potrebno ukloniti. U radu je modelirana obrada kiselog plina primjenom fizičke apsorpcije, odnosno Selexol procesa. Modeliranje je provedeno s ciljem da se utvrdi je li moguće koristiti odabrani proces fizičke apsorpcije za čišćenje odabrane količine plina pri zadanim ulaznim uvjetima tlaka i temperature. Za izradu modela korišten je softver Aspen Hysys v. 10.
Abstract (english)
Natural gas is a complex mixture of hydrocarbons, most commonly containing other components that need to be removed, such as hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen, helium, carbon dioxide, mercury, and water. The thesis deals with modeling acid gas treatment using physical absorption (Selexol process). The modeling was carried out in order to determine whether it is possible to use the selected process of physical absorption to purify the selected amount of gas at the given input pressure and temperature conditions. The Aspen Hysys v. 10 software was used to create the model.
