Abstract
Duboko temeljenje primjenjuje se kod složenijih građevinskih zahvata ili kada temeljno tlo na dohvatljivoj dubini nema svojstva koja mogu zadovoljiti traženu kakvoću s obzirom na slijeganja i/ili nosivost. Ono je primijenjeno u slučaju projekta izgradnje smještajne građevine HVU Petar Zrinski na lokaciji Ilica. Provedeno je ispitivanje nosivosti pilota dinamičkim postupkom. Ispitan je armiranobetonski pilot promjera 150 cm i duljine 23 m. Ispitivanje se vrši ispuštanjem čekića mase 12 t s određene visine (0,25-3 m). Na pilot su pričvršćeni senzori za mjerenje deformacije i akceleracije, postavljeni oko 1,50 m pod glavom pilota. Odabran je jedan udarac koji je snimljen i obrađen. Zabilježen je trajni pomak pilota od 2,50 mm. Ukupna nosivost pilota iznosi 11390,5 kN. Napravljen je model tog ispitivanja u programu za numeričko modeliranje, Plaxisu. Model tla dubine je 28,6 m, i sastoji se od sedam slojeva gline različitih karakteristika i jednog sloja šljunka. Modelirano je dinamičko opterećenje od 30000 kN. Proveden je proračun u četiri faze. Dobiven je trajni pomak od 21 mm, a maksimalni trenutni pomak od 33 mm. Ukupna sila duž plašta pilota iznosi 5910,3 kN što je ispod proračunate nosivosti plašta od 8998 kN.
Abstract (english)
Deep foundations are used in complicated civil engineering operations or when the foundation soil’s characteristics can’t satisfy the request for capacity and subsidence. Piles are used as a foundation for a housing unit HVU Petar Zrinski at Ilica. The dynamic test of bearing capacity was conducted. The tested pile is made of reinforced concrete, its’ radius 150 cm and length of 23 m. The test is conducted by releasing a 12 t hammer from a certain height (0,25-3 m). At 2,50 m below the head of the pile sensors for acceleration and deformation were fitted. One blow was chosen and analyzed. Permanent subsidence of the pile was 2,50 mm. Total capacity of the pile was 11390,5 kN. This test was modeled in Plaxis, numerical modeling program. Soil model is 28,6 m deep and it consists of seven layers of clay and one layer of gravel. Dynamic stress of 30000 kN is applied to the modeled pile. Calculations are carried out in four phases. Permanent subsidence of 21 mm is obtained and maximum subsidence of 33 mm. Total force along the casing of pile is 5910,3 kN which is less than the calculated bearing capacity of the pile of 8998 kN.
