Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je proces zavarivanja kao i moguće pogreške koje se javljaju prvotno zbog edukacije i savjesnosti radnika i konstruktora, ali i daljnjom eksploatacijom samih konstrukcija i zavarenih spojeva. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog dijela koji je podijeljen po poglavljima na način da je opisan tehnološki proces zavarivanja i mogućnosti zavarivanja različitih materijala s različitim postupcima zavarivanja. U daljnjem tekstu ovog rada opisane su pogreške koje se pojavljuju prilikom zamora materijala i zavarenog spoja te moguće nastale pogreške prilikom zavarivanja. U konačnici u radu je opisana korozija zavarenih spojeva i konstrukcija te njihova prevencija i zaštita. Navedene su metode pomoću kojih se sprječavanja nastanka korozije u zavarenom spoju. Cilj rada je potaknuti savjesnost radnika zavarivača prikazom primjera otkaza zavarenih spojeva kao mosne konstrukcije. U metodičkom djelu rada analiziran je nastavni plan i program strukovne škole za zanimanje zavarivača, kao i priprema za izvedbu nastavnog sata.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes the welding process as well as possible errors that occur primarily due to the education and conscientiousness of workers and designers, but also the further exploitation of the structures and welded joints. The paper contains a theoretical part which is divided into chapters in a way that it describes the technological process of welding and the possibility of welding different materials using different welding procedures. Furthermore, the errors that occur during material fatigue, welded joints and possible welding errors are described. Finally, the paper describes the corrosion of welded joints and structures and their prevention and protection. Methods for preventing corrosion in a welded joint are listed. The aim of this paper is to encourage the conscientiousness of welder workers by presenting examples of failure of welded joints as a bridge structure. In the methodical part of the paper, the curriculum of the vocational school for the profession of welder is analyzed, as well as the preparation for holding a lecture.
