Abstract
Zadatak ovog rada bio je projektirati hladionicu za preradu ribe koristeći posredni sustav hlađenja. Rashladni učin hladionice je 910 kW, sa dvije temperature isparivanja -10°C i -40°C, dok je tempratura kondenzacije +35°C. Kao radne tvari koriste se amonijak u primarnom krugu te ugljkov dioksid u sekundarnom krugu. U radu su proračunati rashladni učinci pojedinih prostorija, kompresori, isparivači, kondenzator, izmjenjivači topline te separator. Uz termodinamički proračun prikazan u radu, priložen je u obliku nacrta tlocrt i presjek hladionice sa dispozicijom isparivača, funkcionalna shema sustava, strojarnica te izmjenjivači topline.
Abstract (english)
The main task of this paper was to design a cold room for fish production using an indirect cooling system. The cooling effect of the cold room is 910 kW with two evaporating temperatures of -10°C and -40°C . The condensing temperature is set at +35°C . Ammonia is used as a refrigerant in the primary and carbon dioxide in the secondary circle. In this paper are calculated various effects, such as for compressors, evaporators, condensers, heat exchangers and separators. In addition to the thermodynamic calculation that is presented in the paper are provided drawings of the cold room, evaporator disposition, functional system scheme, engine room and heat exchangers drawings.
