Abstract
Ovim radom predstavljene su tehnologije zavarivanja i metode ispitivanja kvalitete zavara koje se se upotrebljavaju u današnje vrijeme. Zavarivanje predstavlja nezamjenjiv postupak pri izgradnji kako jednostavnijih tako i složenijih konstrukcijskih djelova. Suvremeno zavarivanje temelji se na automatiziranim i roboriziranim procesima gdje kvalitetom i fleksibilnosti nastoji zadovoljiti visoke zahtjeve tržišta. Rad je podijeljen u nekoliko cjelina. Na početku rada upoznajemo se sa osnovnim pojmovima i izvedbama zavarenih spojeva. Opisan je postupak pripreme materijala prije zavarivanja te je objašnjena važnost pripreme spoja prije zavara. Dalje se upoznajemo sa postupcima zavarivanja i principom rada pojedinog postupka. Navedene su moguće greške koje nastaju prikilom zavarivanja te pojašnjeni uzroci njihovog nastanka. Pri kraju rada navedene su metode ispitivanja zavara kojima se vrši provjera ispitivanja kvalitete i svojstava zavarenog spoja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada prikazano je ispitivanje tvrdoće strojnog dijela FV.18-PI.32.
Abstract (english)
This paper covers the welding technologies and methods for the examination of welds which are used nowadays. Welding presents an irreplaceable procedure in the construction of both the basic and complex structural parts. Modern welding techniques are based on automated and robotized processes where its quality and flexibility play a key role in meeting high standards of the market. The paper is split into several paragraphs. The basic terminology and types of welded joints are covered at the beginning. The procedure for the preparation of the material to be welded is described together with the importance of the preparation of the joint before welding. After that, the welding techniques and their working principles are discussed, as well as the possible welding errors and their causes. Weld examination techniques that are used for quality control purposes and obtaining the properties of welded joints are explained at the end of the paper. In the experimental part of the paper, the hardness testing of the machine part FV.18-PI.32 is shown.
