Abstract
Diplomski rad sadrži prikaz postrojenja za transport cementa te sve njegove dijelove. U prvom poglavlju dan je uvod o tematici diplomskog rada. Drugo poglavlje opisuje osnovno o cementu te sustavima za distribuciju. Treće poglavlje opisuje Siemensove programske pakete koji su se koristili za izradu upravljačkog programa te sustava nadzora SCADA-e. U četvrtom poglavlju daje se detaljan uvid u dijelove postrojenja za koje su se izradili sustavi nadzora i upravljanja, te je također opisan i princip rada postrojenja. Peto poglavlje sadrži prikaz izrade sustava za nadzor. Prikazan je način izrade te sve glavne te popratne stranice kojima operater raspolaže. U šestom poglavlju dan je opis jednog dijela upravljačkog programa kojim se upravlja prozračivanjem dna silosa dok su u sedmom poglavlju prikazani fizički dijelovi upravljačkog sustava te su dani prikazi upravljačkih ormara te elemenata kojima se ostvaruje upravljanje i nadzor.
Abstract (english)
The graduate thesis contains a description of the cement transporting plant and all of its parts. The first chapter presents an introduction to the topic of graduate thesis. The second chapter describes the basics of cement and cement distribution systems. Chapter 3 describes the Siemens software packages used to create the control and superviseory system.The fourth chapter provides a detailed insight into the parts of the plant for which the system supervision and management is designed, also the operating principles of the plant are described. The fifth chapter contains an overview of the design of the surveillance system. Construction of system and all the main and associated pages that the operator has available are shown. In Chapter Six, a description of one part of the control program is shown.The specific part is used to control the aeration of the silos, while the seventh chapter presents the physical parts of the control system and shows the images of the control cabinets and elements through which it is realized control and monitoring.
