Abstract
U ovom završnom radu izrađen je projekt nadogradnje plinske turbine toplinskom regeneracijom. Riječ je o industrijskoj plinskoj turbini koja koristi prirodni plin. Pomoću ulaznih podataka, donje ogrjevne moći prirodnog plina 50 MJ/kg, ulaznog tlaka u turbokompresor 1 bar, ulazne temperature u turbokompresor 20 ℃, tlaka na ulazu u turbinu 11,68 bar, temperature na ulazu u turbinu 990 ℃, izlazne temperature iz turbokompresora 335℃ i izlazne temperature iz turbine 500 ℃, napravljen je proračun plinske turbine. Prikazani su proračuni za postrojenje zadane plinske turbine u više varijanti. U prvom dijelu proračuna su izračunati radni parametri plinske turbine koja radi po stvarnom (realnom) procesu, zatim u drugom isto radni parametri plinske turbine ali ovaj put one koja radi po idealnom procesu, i na koncu u trećem dijelu je opet prikazan proračun stvarnog procesa plinske turbine ali ovaj put sa toplinskim regeneratorom. Nakon izračuna, rezultati su grafički prikazani i analizirani. Najprije je izvršena usporedba stvarnog i idealnog procesa bez regeneratora, a nakon toga prikazan je utjecaj efikasnosti regeneratora na radne parametre stvarnog procesa plinske turbine.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper a project for upgrading of the gas turbine with thermal regeneration has been developed. It is an industrial gas turbine that uses natural gas. With the help of input data, the lower heating power of natural gas 50 MJ/kg, input pressure in the turbocharger 1 bar, input temperature in the turbocharger 20 ℃, turbine inlet pressure 11,68 bar, turbine inlet temperature 990 ℃, outlet temperature in the turbocharger 335℃ and output temperature from the trubine 500 ℃, a calculation of gas turbine has been made. The calculation for gas turbine plant in several variants are presented. In the first part of the calculation, the operating parameters of the gas turbine running on real process are calculated, then in the second part also the operating parameters of the gas turbine have been calculated, but this time according to the ideal process. Finally in the third part the calculation of the real process of the gas turbine have been shown, but this time with heat regenerator. After the calculation the results are graphically displayed and analyzed. First, a comparison of the real and ideal process without a regenerator was performed, and then the effect of regenerator efficiency on the actual parameters of the actual gas turbine process was shown.
