Abstract Zadatak ovog završnog rada bio je projektirati tehnološki proces za proizvodnju priključka prema nacrtu 803.299 u količini od 13000 kom/god. Projekt tehnološkog procesa za izradu ovog dijela započet je sa tehnološkom analizom izratka sa tehnološkog i konstrukcijskog stajališta, gdje je naglasak stavljen na dozvoljena odstupanja mjera, položaja, oblika te kvalitetu površine. Nakon toga tehno-ekonomskom analizom utvrđeno je da je za izradu ovog dijela u ovoj količini optimalno rješenje ulaznog materijala okrugla šipka, s obzirom na početnu cijenu alata za kovanje. Uslijedilo je postavljanje koncepta tehnološkog procesa za izradu ovog dijela uz zahtjev da se dio proizvodi svakodnevno, gdje se definirala struktura tehnološkog procesa, kao i vrsta strojne opreme. Kod izbora strojne opreme i proizvodnog sustava bilo je potrebno uzeti u obzir da će se koristiti i za proizvodnju drugih tehnološki sličnih dijelova. Definirano je da će se tehnološki proces sastojati od ukupno 8 operacija (uključujući i završnu kontrolu), a proizvodnja će se odvijati na strojnoj pili, 2 CNC stroja i strojnoj bušilici. Nakon toga, uslijedila je razrada tehnološkog procesa izrade, gdje su za svaku operaciju i zahvat definirani način odvijanja, korištena strojna oprema i alati, režimi rada (brzina rezanja, dubina rezanja, posmak, broj prolaza...), a sve je to popraćeno odgovarajućim skicama. Također u ovoj fazi izračunata su i potrebna vremena za pojedine zahvate i operacije. Potom je izrađena osnovna tehnološka dokumentacija koja uključuje operacijske listove, popis operacija, popis strojeva i popis alata. Na kraju, izvršen je izračun proizvodne i ekonomske brzine rezanja za jedan zahvat grube i jedan zahvat fine obrade.
Abstract (english) The assignment of this final work was process planning of male stud end according to the drawing 803.299 in an amount of 13000 pieces per year. Process planning started with technological analysis of male stud end from the technological and constructive point of view, where special attention was paid on the measure, position and shape tolerances and surface quality. Thereafter, techno-economic analysis showed that the optimal solution of input material for producing this part in this amount of pieces is a round bar, mostly because of forging tools price. It was followed by setting up the concept of the technological process with the request that a certain amount of products is produced on a daily basis. The concept defines the structure of the technological process as well as the type of the machine equipment. When choosing machine equipment and production system, it was necessary to take into account that they will also be used for the production of other technologically similar parts. It was defined that the technological process will consist of a total of 8 operations (final control included), and that the production will take place on a hacksaw, 2 CNC machines and a machine drill. Afterwards, the detailed analysis of the technological process was followed, where used machine equipments, tools, working parameters (cutting speed, cutting depth, feed rate, number of passes... ) were defined for each operation and move, all accompanied by appropriate sketches. Aslo, times needed for individual moves, operations and overall times were calculated at this stage. Afterwards, basic technological documentation was created, which includes list of operations, list of tools, list of machines and operating list. Finally, the calculation of production and economical cutting speed for one rough and one fine processing operation was performed.
