Abstract
U radu je opisan povijesni razvoj alatnog stroja čiji napredak je rezultirao razvitku CNC strojeva i CAD/CAM programa. Za izradu virtualne simulacije odabran je model troosne portalne glodalice Hugh-Z S-720T. Za njenu upotrebu potrebno je poznavati specifikacije stroja, parametre rada, dostupne alate za obradu te koja upravljačka jedinica se koristi. Ponajprije je potrebno izraditi tehnologiju obrade u cilju dobivanja virtualne putanje alata unutar Mastercama. Kroz jednu točku pokazat će se izrada virtualnog modela laboratorijske glodalice iz razloga što nije u Mastercamovoj knjižnici strojeva. Virtualna simulacija omogućuje smanjenje troškova zbog lakših uvida u greške prilikom izrade tehnologije obrade. Upravo iz razloga jer prilikom obrade ukoliko program nije točan može rezultirati oštećenjem stroja, alata, naprave i obradka.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the historical development of a machine tool whose advancement has resulted in the development of CNC machines and CAD/CAM programs. For making virtual simulations, a model of a three-sided portal mill High-Z S-720T was selected. For its use, it is necessary to know the machine specifications, operating parameters, available processing tools and which control unit to use. Firstly, it is necessary to create processing technology in order to obtain virtual tool paths within Mastercam. One point will be the production of a virtual model of a lab mill because it is not in Mastercam's library. Virtual simulation allows cost savings to be made because it is easier to see errors in the processing technology. Precisely because during processing if the program is erratic it can result in damage to the machine, tool, and workpiece.
