Abstract
U ovom radu opisana je problematika strujanja fluida kroz ulaznu rešetku hidroelektrane. Ispitivano je strujanje pri raznim oblicima geometrija i brzinama strujanja fluida. Glavni zadatak je bio utjecaj promjene geometrije, točnije razmaka između elemenata rešetke na gubitke strujanja. Pritom je bilo potrebno izraditi 2D nacrte u AutoCAD-u, 3D modele u ANSYS Design Modeleru, te numeričke mreže za pojedine geometrije u ANSYS Meshu, kako bi konačno bio omogućen tijek simulacije i konvergencija rješenja. Zatim je bilo potrebno analizirati i grafički prikazati dobivene rezultate u Excelu i na temelju njih donijeti odgovarajuće zaključke.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the problem of fluid flow through the input trash - rack of the hydro power plant. Flow was investigated in various forms of geometry and fluid flow rates. The main task was to investigate the influence in change of geometry, more precisely the gap between the elements of the trash – rack on the flow losses. It was necessary to make 2D drawings in AutoCAD, 3D models in ANSYS Design Modeler, and numeric mesh for individual geometries in ANSYS Mesh, to finally have the flow of simulation and convergence of solutions. It was then necessary to analyze and graphically show the results obtained in Excel and to draw appropriate conclusions from them.
