Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je postupak tolinske obrade strojnog dijela L.D.18-PT.21. U prvom dijelu rada opisan je pojam čelika, negove karakteristike te opći pojmovi koji prate tematiku ovog rada. Obrađen je sam pojam toplinske obrade, diagram stanja te promjene stanja mikrostrukute. U središnjem dijelu rada objašnjeno je kako se dolazi do određenih paramatra koji su potrebni za proces kaljenja i visokotemperaturnog popuštanja. Navedena su i najčešća ispitivanja tvrdoće te su ista posebno opisana. Teorijski dio pretočen je u praktični i sa stečenim znanjem tijekom školovanja napravljen je proces poboljšavanja. Na samom kraju mijerena je tvrdoća i rezultati dokazuju je li naš zadatak uspiješno odrađen.
Abstract (english)
The main topic of this paper work is heating proces of the machine part L.D.18-PT.21. In the first part there is described steel, his characteristics and other terms related to steel. The terms like heat treatment, phase diagram, and the microstructural changes are explained in details. In the main chapter is explained how to reach certain parameters that we needed for the hardening process and the high temperature release. There is also mentioned the most common hardness tests and described each one separately. The theoretical part was transferred to practical and made improvements. At the end, the results of measurements of hardness showed if the task was done successfully.
