Abstract
Riteh Racing Team koristi motor od Yamaha-e R6 u trkaćem bolidu, čiji tvornički sustav podmazivanja ne zadovoljava potrebe sigurnog rada motora. Podmazivanje mora biti osigurano i kod sila koje se javljaju pri naglom kočenju. Kako bi se izbjegao pad tlaka ulja u motoru koriste se više različitih pristupa. Pregrade, hidraulički akumulator i suhi karter su neka od rješenja, svaki pristup treba pažljivo promatrati jer je važno osigurati da je podmazivanje osigurano, ali uz malu masu i cijenu opreme. Jedan od jednostavnijih sustava su kvalitetne pregrade pošto su cjenovno niske, a dodavanje mase minimalno. Hidraulički akumulator zadovoljava potrebe podmazivanja samo u kratkim intervalima od 2 do 3 sekunde pada tlaka. Suhi karter osigurava potpuno podmazivanje, uz veliku cijenu materijala i masu. Zbog oblika kartera koristimo 3D ispis Ultem-em 1010 otpornim na visoke temperature.
Abstract (english)
The Riteh Racing team uses the Yamaha R6 engine in a racing car, whose factory lubrication system does not meet the need for safe motor operation. Lubrication must also be provided for sudden braking forces. Several different approaches are used to avoid oil pressure drop in the engine. Barriers, hydraulic accumulator and dry crankcase are some of the solutions, every approach should be carefully observed because it is important to ensure that the lubrication is assured, but with a small mass and price of the equipment. One of the simpler systems are barriers since they priced are low and adding mass to a minimum. The hydraulic accumulator meets the lubrication requirements only at short intervals of 2 to 3 seconds of pressure drop. The dry crankshaft ensures complete lubrication, with a high cost of material and mass. Due to the shape of the scraper, we use Ultem-1010 high-temperature resistant 3D printing.
