Abstract
Završni rad podijeljen je u 3 glavne skupine koje opisuju: proces proizvodnje, proces omotavanja (kako bi se lakše shvatila problematika omotavanja PP folijom) i posljednja skupina su mehaničke postavke za puštanje u rad. Mjere i opisi prikazani u radu, dobiveni su kombinacijom iskustvenih mjera i preporuke proizvođača. U prvome dijelu rada prikazane su vrste materijala i tipovi poluproizvoda koji služe u procesu stvaranja cigarete, kutije i zatim omotane kutije PP folijom. Detaljan prikaz proizvodnje na svakome stroju iskorišten je kako bi se prikazala kompleksnost i važnost dodatnog omotavanja kutije. U drugome dijelu slijedi opis stroja za omatanje PP folijom: GD C800, proces omotavanja i putanja proizvoda. Ovaj dio je nužan za shvaćanje potrebe ispravnih mehaničkih postavki i zadatak svih strojnih elemenata koji obuhvaćaju ovaj stroj. U trećem dijelu obuhvaćene su glavne mehaničke postavke na svim važnim dijelovima stroja. Uz to, prikazani su mogući problemi ili defekti strojnih elemenata, važnost čišćenja i održavanja te usporedba s prijašnjom verzijom stroja za omatanje PP folijom.
Abstract (english)
The final paper is divided into 3 main groups that are describing making and packing production, overwrapping process (to better understand the complexity with PP foil), and the last group is the mechanical adjustments for commissioning. The measurements and descriptions presented in the final paper were obtained by a combination of experiential measures and manufacturer recommendations. In the first part of this paper types of materials are presented and types of semiproducts that serve in the process of creating cigarettes, packs and then wrapped packs with PP foil. A detailed production view on each machine was used to show the complexity and importance of additional overwrapping. The second part describes PP wrapping machine: the GD C800 the wrapping process and flow. This section is necessary to understand the required mechanical settings and tasks of all machine elements that are included in this machine. The third part covers the main mechanical adjustments on all important parts of the machine. In addition, possible problems or defects of machine elements, the importance of cleaning and maintenance and comparison with previous versions of the wrapping machine with PP foil are shown.
