Abstract
U radu su definirani materijali koji se koriste za izradu noževa te je proanalizirana njihova struktura, svojstva te postupci obrade. Detaljno je opisan cijeli postupak izrade noževa od odabira materijala do metoda ispitivanja. Posebno je opisana i toplinska obrada određenih vrsta čelika koja podrazumijeva kaljenje i popuštanje. Teorijski dio rada također obuhvaća i odabir najprikladnijeg materijala za ručnu izradu noža te parametara toplinske obrade. Praktični dio rada sastoji se od vlastite ručne izrade noža počevši od poluproizvoda, kovanja, brušenja, kaljenja, popuštanja, izrade drške sve do završne obrade. Osim toga, praktični dio uključuje i cijeli opisani postupak izrade i parametre toplinske obrade.
Abstract (english)
This paper gives a representation of the materials used for making knife blades and their structure, also properties and processing methods are proanalyzed. The entire blade manufacturing process from the material selection to the test method is described in detail. Heat treatment of certain types of steel is also described, which implies hardening and tempering. The theoretical part of the work also includes the selection of the most suitable material for the hand made blade production and the parameters of the heat treatment. Practical part of the work contains making hand made blade starting from semi-products, forging, grinding, hardening, tempering, making the handle until final finishing. In addition, the practical part includes the entire description of manufacturing process and the heat treatment parameters.
