Abstract
U diplomskom radu je izrađen toplisnki proračun, dimenzioniran je spremnik napojne vode s otplinjačem te je izvršen odabir opreme postrojenja sustava pripreme napojne vode i proizvodnje pare s pripadajučim detaljnim shemama. U prvom dijelu opisan je način rada postrojenja sa glavnim dijelovima. U drugom dijelu rada su napravljeni tehnički proračuni. Prikazane su karakteristične točke procesa, zatim su izračunate količine dimnih plinova, udijeli pojedinačnih plinova, dimenzioniran spremnik s otplinjačem i sveukupni toplinski gubitci. Zadnji dio rada sadrţi tehničke opise kotlovskog postrojenja, uljnog gospodarstva i obrade napojne vode. Temeljem tehničkog opisa, izrađenih shema i proračuna odabire se glavna oprema potrebna za proizvodnju projektom određene pare.
Abstract (english)
The focus of the study is on energy calculations, dimensioning of a feed water tank with a deaerator, equipment selection for water treatment and steam generation systems with detailed drawings of all systems. Firstly, the process of such plant was described including its main parts. Second part consists of technical calculations. Key points of the process were shown; quantity of the exhaust gases is determined as well as share of specific exhaust gases. Feed water tank and deaerator dimensions were calculated including all heat losses within the steam generator. Last part of this study includes technical descriptions of the steam generation, fuel oil and feed water treatment systems. Based on the technical data, drawings and calculations primary equipment for steam generation in the plant are selected.
