Abstract
U ovom završnom radu bilo je potrebno procjeniti dubinu prokaljivanja strojnog dijela MD.SP-24. U prvom teorijskom dijelu općenito je objašnjena toplinska obrada materijala. Napisane su fazne pretvorbe u čeliku te ukratko opisana pojedina od njih. Objašnjavaju se postupci kaljenja kod čelika i sama kaljivost čelika. Navedene su metode procjene prokaljivosti i njihovi opisani postupci. Pri kraju teorijskog dijela navedene su i opisane metode ispitivanja tvrdoće. U drugom dijelu gdje se nalazi praktični dio utvrđeno je prokaljivanje strojnog dijela MD.19-SP.24. Također su opisane karakteristike čelika C45E koje se koriste te su analizirani rezultati. Na kraju je zaključeno da strojni dio MD.19-SP.24 ne udovaljava zahtjevima prokaljivanja.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, it was necessary to estimate the depth of sputtering of the machine part MD.SP-24. In the first theoretical part, the thermal processing of materials is generally explained. Phase transformations in steel are written and some of them are briefly described. The processes of hardening in steel and the steel hardening themselves are explained. The methods of estimation of proximity and their described procedures are stated. At the end of the theoretical part, the methods of testing the hardness are described. In the second part the stranding of the machine part MD.19-SP.24 is determined. The characteristics of the C45E steel used are also described and the results are analyzed. At the end, it was concluded that the machine part MD.19-SP.24 did not match the propulsion requirements.
