Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada bio je projektirati elevator transporta drvenih trupaca. Transport drvenih trupaca najprije je horizontalan u dužini od 4 metra, potom je vertikalan na visinu od 5 metara. U početku rada opisana je namjena, karakteristike i način rada elevatora. Prije proračuna potrebno je definirati oblik i dimenzije transportnog materijala i glavne karakteristike elevatora. Nakon definiranja svih ulaznih podataka elevatora slijedi izrada proračuna. Proračun je podijeljen u dva dijela, prvi dio čini proračun horizontalnog transporta, a drugi proračun vertikalnog transporta drvenih trupaca. Na temelju proračuna i prema katalozima proizvođača odabiru se strojni dijelovi koji udovoljavaju zahtjevima elevatora. Slijedi definiranje konstrukcije elevatora i načina povezivanja horizontalnog i vertikalnog transportera, te načina iskrcaja drvenih trupaca. Nakon završenog projektiranja konstrukcije, prikazan je 3D model s pripadnom tehničkom dokumentacijom.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this master thesis is the design of an elevator for the transport of logs. The transport line is divided in two sections, the first of which is horizontal, 4 meters long, and the second is vertical, 5 meters high. The purpose, characteristics and operation of the elevator are described at the beginning of this thesis. Next, the shape and dimensions of the transported material must be defined in order to calculate the main characteristics of the elevator. The main characteristics of the elevator are calculated then. The calculation is divided into two parts, the horizontal transport calculation is covered by the first part, while the vertical transport calcualtion is performed in the second part. According to the results of the calculation, parts are either designed or selected from the manufacturer's catalogs. The load bearing structure of the elevator is then defined, together with the connection between the horizontal and vertical transporter sections. The log unloading process is also defined. A 3D model of the designed elevator is presented with the relevant technical documentation.
