Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu ukratko su opisani postupci zavarivanja i klasificirane su greške koje se javljaju u zavarenim spojevima. Metodama ispitivanja bez razaranja otkrivaju se nepravilnosti na površini i u unutrašnjosti zavara. Objašnjene su sve NDT metode, a naglasak je stavljen na radiografsku metodu. Radiografska metoda zasniva se na zračenju ispitnog objekta i kasnije interpretacije razvijenog radiograma. Radiografskom metodom tehnikom gamagrafije snimljen je sučeljni zavareni spoj dviju ploča debljine 10 mm. Korišten je D5 film. Kemijskom obradom filma u tamnoj komori dobiven je radiogram koji se interpretirao na iluminatoru te su doneseni odgovarajući zaključci.
Abstract (english)
In this graduate paper, the welding procedures and errors that occur in welded joints have been breefly descibed and classified. With Non Destructive Testing methods ittegularities can be detected on the surface and in the interior of disturbance. All NDT methods have been explained, eith main focus on the radiographic method. The radiographic method is based on the radiation of tested object and radiographic interpretation of the radiogram. With radiographic method of gammagraphy technique, the interfaced welded joint of the two plates, with tickness of 10 mm, was recorded. D5 film was used. Chemical film developed in the dark chamber provided a radiogram that was interpreted on the illuminator and appropriate conclusions were made.
