Abstract
Tema završnog rada obrađena je kompiliranjem teorijskih saznanja i eksperimentalnog ispitivanja tvrdoće. Teorijskim dijelom pojašnjena je tvrdoća te su istaknute promjene u svojstvima metala koje su u korelaciji s tvrdoćom. Uz samo pojašnjenje tvrdoće, analiziraju se čvrstoća i granica razvlačenja metala, puzanje, žilavost i plastičnost materijala. Opisani su postupci ispitivanja tvrdoće materijala: ispitivanje tvrdoće paranjem (Mohsova metoda i Martensov postupak), ispitivanje tvrdoće utiskivanjem (Brinellova metoda, Vickersova metoda, Rockwellova metoda, Knoopova metoda, UltrasonicContactImpedance metoda i Through-indenterViewing metoda) te metoda odskoka (Poldijeve postupak, Shoreov postupak i ispitivanje tvrdoće duroskopom). Praktičnim dijelom je obuhvaćena analiza rezultata ispitivanja tvrdoće strojnog dijela TJ.19-Pl.33.
Abstract (english)
The theme of the final work was elaborated by compilation of theoretical knowledge and experimental hardness testing. Theoretical part explains hardness and changes in hard metal correlation properties. Along with hardness clarification, strength and bandwidth of metal, cracking, toughness and plasticity of the material are analysed. Hardness testing (Mohs method and Martens method), hardness testing by injection (Brinell's method, Vickers method, Rockwell method, Knoop's method, UltrasonicContactImpedance method and Through-indenterViewing method) and discard method (Poldy's procedure, Shore's procedure and hardness test hardness) are described in the paper.The practical part covers the analysis of TJ.19-P.33 hardness test results.
