Abstract
U ovom završnom radu objašnjene su osnovne karakteristike ukapljenog naftnog plina kao što su podrijetlo naziva ukapljenog naftnog plina, njegova povijest, dobivanje, sigurnost, transport, skladištenje te prednosti i nedostaci. Ukratko je objašnjen princip rada benzinskog motora. Opisana je cjelokupna ugradnja plinske instalacije na automobil Hyundai IX20, zatim je izrađen termodinamički proračun za motor pogonjen benzinom i autoplinom. Rađena je usporedba performansi, potrošnje i emisija motora pogonjenog benzinom s motorom pogonjenog autoplinom. Na kraju rada napisan je zaključak donesen uzimajući u obzir činjenice navedene tijekom cijelog rada.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the basic characteristics of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) are explained, as are the origin of the name, its history, obtaining, safety, transportation, storage, and its advantages and disadvantages. The principle of operation of a gasoline engine is briefly explained. The entire installation of the gas on the Hyundai IX20 was described, then a thermodynamic calculation was made for a gasoline and gas powered engine. A comparison was made between the performance, consumption and emissions of a gasoline-powered engine and a gas-powered engine. At the end of the paper, a conclusion was drawn taking into account the facts stated throughout the paper.
